Paid Value-Added Services Agreement

This software provides certain features and services that require payment. Upon full payment, you will be granted access to the paid services for the duration of your subscription period. In the future, FishingMate may introduce additional paid services.

If you have already subscribed to a paid service during an earlier subscription period, you will be entitled to access any newly added paid features at no additional cost during your active subscription period.

A payment is considered completed only when the bank or payment platform issues a confirmation indicating “Payment Successful”.

For any paid services we offer, we accept payments through the currently specified payment methods prior to purchase, which may include Apple Payments and other third-party payment providers. You must agree to comply with any applicable terms of service or legal agreements associated with those payment methods (whether Apple Payments or third-party providers), which govern your use of the respective payment processing services.

We reserve the right to modify our payment policies as necessary. Certain services may change their monetization model in the future. If you fail to pay the required fees on time and in full, you will lose access to paid services once billing begins.

In the event of price reductions or promotional offers, we do not provide price protection or refunds for previously paid amounts.

Please note that once you purchase a paid service, it will be considered as fully delivered and consumed, and refunds will not be issued.
